  1. Admission Form for every applicant requires to be collected to begin the Admission process.
  2. Admission Form can be collected from Admissions Office directly 

2. Submit The Form

  1. Applicant should fill in the admission form completely, leaving no fields blank on the form.
  2. The completed Admission Form is to be submitted to the Admissions Office
  3. Please attach all required documents with completed Admission Form.

3. Require Documents For Admission

  1.  Two (2) recent passport size coloured photographs of the candidate.
  2. Birth Registration Certificate or Vaccine Card copy.
  3.  Parents’ NID copy.
  4. Local Parent’s NID copy (if applicable)
